Harlan Ruby was founded in 2016, followed by Vroom Vroom Balloon™ in 2017. What started out as a balloon bar quickly turned into Nashville's first boutique balloon styling company. Our hand lettered balloon* is Vroom Vroom Balloon's signature and a must have for any celebration.
